Please use the scheduling tools below to request a consultation. Once your appointment has been confirmed, you will receive an email from our electronic health record system, Practice Better, asking you to create your client portal.  Within your portal, you can complete all the required intake forms for initial consultations, in addition to viewing protocols and other lifestyle suggestions. A client portal tutorial video is available to show you around.

All video calls are currently being hosted on Whereby.  A custom secure link will be sent to you prior to your appointment if you opt for the online/video chat appointment option.
